After a telephone consultation, an appointment will be scheduled on location. The equipment\/machine will be inventoried, photographed and inspected for the technical specifications. After agreement between the Selling Party and Du-Con Trade, the offer is presented via the UQuip platform<\/a><\/strong>to the European (Recycling) market. Also the exposure will be further strengthened throughYouTube<\/a><\/strong> and LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the business relationship between the Selling Party and Du-Con Trade we distinguish the following 2 ways:<\/p>\n

A – Resale on behalf of Du-Con Trade B.V.:<\/u><\/h3>\n

This includes the marketing and sale of single recycling < machines and appliances with a potential sales value of \u20ac 250,000.<\/p>\n

The Selling Party will give Du-Con Trade the exclusive right to promote the equipment offered on the UQuip platform<\/a>for a period of 3, 6 or 9 months. This requires a fixed fee per machine\/device, depending on the agreed time limit (3, 6 or 9 months). These costs will be credited with any sale within the agreed time limit, at the disposal of the Selling Party:[\/vc_column_text]
