Description

Dosing Feeding Bunker, Pos-10

A loader is feeding the mixed waste in a heavy duty bunker Pos.10, with a volume of approx. 20 m3. The feeding conveyor Pos-11, under the bunker and an inclined input conveyor Pos-12 is feeding the mixed waste in a heavy duty Drum screen

Drum Screen, Pos-20.

The Drum screen Pos-20, has a diameter of 2.5 m. and a screening length of 12 m. The Drum is separating the input in an under-size of 80 mm. and an oversize or 80mm.

The Undersize fraction 80mm is screened and trough a collection conveyor belt Pos-21 under the Drum onto a number of conveyor belts Pos-22, 23 and 24, this fraction is passing a Long Part Separator (LPS) Pos-25 and a Fe Standing Magnet Pos-26, which is separating the Fe fraction. The 80mm. fraction is then fed to a double deck Vibrating screen Pos-40.

Picking belt-A, 80 mm. fraction, Pos-30.

The oversize fraction 80 mm to approx. 500mm. is fed o to a picking belt Pos-30 which is installed in a conditioned picking Cabin, Pos-80. The picking belt has 2 x 5 picking positions (each side of the picking belt 5 Positions) which allows the sorting of metals, A-B wood, stone, Inert, Concrete bricks, Heavy plastics and Huge packaging Cartons etc.

At the end of Picking belt Pos-30, a horizontal Windzifter Pos-31, and blower Pos-32, are installed which separates the big film (Foil) from the residual flow. The separated big film is dumped in a storage bay. The sorted fractions and the residual are dumped in storage bays under the picking station.

Double Deck Vibrating Screen, Pos-40.

The 80mm. fraction is fed onto the 2 decker Vibrating screen Pos-40, with an uppperdeck of 60mm. and an underdeck of 20 mm. 2

Smulders Wood magnet, Pos-50.

The 60mm fraction is passing a “Smulders wood magnet” Pos-50, which is separating the light and wood fraction. This Smulders system including a Fan and a Cyclone/rotary valve separator to deal with the light dusty air fraction.

Duos Windzifter, Pos-60.

The 60>20mm. fraction is fed onto a Duos Windzifter Pos-60, which separates the heavy clean aggregate material from the light wood, insulation and other light waste fraction. Both heavy and light fraction are dropped in a bay.

Picking belt-B, <60 80 mm. fraction, Pos 70.

The midsize fraction<60 80 mm. is fed onto a picking belt Pos-60 which is installed in a conditioned picking Cabin, Pos-80, parallel to picking belt Pos-30. The picking belt has 2 x 5 picking positions (each side of the picking belt 5 Positions) which allows the sorting of metals, A-B wood, Inert, Concrete, stone, bricks etc. Heavy plastic, and packaging Cartons etc. The sorted fractions and the residual are dumped in storage bays under the picking station.

Fine fraction 20mm. from the double deck screen Pos-40.

Through a collection conveyor Pos-41 the 20mm. fraction is fed onto a Trisomat 1600 x 5400mm. Flip-Flop screen Pos-90. Above conveyor Pos-41 a permanent magnet Pos-42 is installed which is removing the fine Fe fraction.

Flip-Flop screen Pos-90.

The Flip flop screen removes the 5mm. fraction which is a clean sand like fraction which drops into the bay under the screen.

The oversize<6 20mm. from the flip-flop screen is passing a vibrating feeder Pos-91 and a Windzifter Pos-92 who separates the heavy aggregate like fraction from the light waste fraction. Both are dumped in bays.

Electrics and Controls.

The Sorting Line is equipped with an MCC and PLC Control system, which can be operated manually and automatically through a touch screen.

Also the input and the output of the main material flow are controlled by inline weighing system, which is installed in the conveyor belts.

Logistics.

All the produces materials and residual fractions are dumped in containers and/or storage bays that allow for collection and loading onto trucks by a loader.
